Getting More Results - Charming Your Content Team To Your Personality

By Larry Soul

The interaction between you and your outsourced content team lies in your hands to push to the next level. Sadly not many internet marketers are ready to do this. Most think that an informal interaction with members of their team will lead to deliberate overlooking of assignments and low output of resources for the job at hand. Some team members will even go as far as giving flimsy excuses for not executing a task.

Be that as it may, there is more good than harm in interacting closely with your team, especially when both of you are pursuing a common cause. Below are four bright approaches to ignite the sparks of their trust and fellowship.

1. Improve Your Outsourced Content Team by Educating Them Everyone loves getting better at what they do, primarily when they discover they can earn an income out of it. By training your team, it would make them feel that you value them and also their contribution to your organization. Despite the fact that the reason you trained them is to add more value to your internet business, they'll consistently owe their growth to you.

2. Correct Their Mistakes by Encouraging Them "I seriously don't like this write-up. It's awful! " That's the default kind of statement you make any time you get sub standard content from a team member. But in case you don't know, this type of statement does a lot more harm than good... almost certainly not to your business, but to the overall health of your team. Your words, in spite of how you feel, must always make your team feel more effective.

3. Pay them their true worth Good financial gain from the work your team members do will be a motivating factor for them to put in their life and soul to deliver more. They will think twice about leaving their job if they receive a good remuneration. Therefore, endeavor to pay them their monetary value, even provide them with job bonuses and you will not have the nasty experience of hiring new content managers regularly.

4. Take interest in their personal and private lives Among the things that endears a team member is showing interest in how they lead their lives. Show them that you care and you have an unbroken wall of solidarity behind you. Once, I visited a team member at the hospital and helped as I can, that team member still remembers it and usually thanks me for that kind gesture.

I am not suggesting that this is done every time because too much of everything is bad, but try to give a listening ear to them, open your heart for them to approach you and talk to you. Believe me, the respect they have for you will be doubled because they will see an exemplary leader in you and a listening ear. Take advantage of that but don't draw yourself in much.

It's true that getting too deeply involved with members of your outsourced content team may likely breed undesirable results. Therefore, there is need to put in some restrictions in your interactions with them. Creating the love of you in the hearts of your content team members will create a spirit of brotherhood that will bring out the best in them. We have different characters though, therefore, if you can't create such bonds with your team members, then you can hire a HR manager or another competent content manager to manage your virtual team. After all business is all about effective high capital output for the investor no matter who heads it, isn't it?
